‘Significant’ Drop in Mexico Travel

Continental Airlines Inc. is experiencing a “significant” drop in travel demand to Mexico and said it may trim flights, a sign that the swine flu outbreak is starting to pinch U.S. carriers. “We are closely monitoring demand in the Mexico market and will adjust flight schedules as necessary,” Julie King, a spokeswoman, said in an interview today.
